I had a smaller GPS from same brand and it stopped working out of no where. I tried to reload and all and nothing worked. Well to send it back to the factory would b almost 1/2 of getting this one. This gps has it all and the company is a lifesavor for getting affordable and high-tech GPS for the public. Yes, even despite my previous GPS stop working(after almost 1 year) it is stil much cheaper to get same brand plus u get high quality product that would cost hundreds more from other brands

I have and plan to own several GPS. This one is my second Navigon, and it’s worse than the first one (first one got stolen – I feel sorry for whomever did it). I live and work around Washington DC. I mostly use them not for directions but for getting and Idea on when I will arrive. This one even has a lifetime traffic info account.

    Faults,

Cant even put familiar addresses into it. Autofill does not recognize 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W., or 1800 F St, NW, or …………

It’s erratic, it guides you into local lanes and back to high speed lanes. Support it’s useless. Navigon does not reply to e-mails, and when call, they deny support to any hardware since they are becoming a software only company. The funny thing is that I consult for Apple, and I can copy and paste the same issues about their iPhone app, and then add more.

    The pro’s

    Great graphics
